Additional Requirements:

To ensure safety and compliance for all Bahamas ATV rental customers:

✔ A valid driver’s license is required if you wish to drive.

✔ All drivers must sign a rental contract and agree to the insurance deductible for any damage to the vehicle.

✔ A refundable damage deposit is required at pickup and will be refunded in full upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as received:
$100 (Scooter), $150 (ATV), $200 (UTV & Buggy).

✔ Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

✔ Sunglasses are recommended for all drivers.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds are given for cancellations more than 24 hours before pick-up; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Pickup & Drop-Off Service:

We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off at the cruise port gate and within the downtown area. For destinations outside these zones, a small surcharge applies—please contact us for details.
