Yes, we offer free delivery to downtown areas. Delivery to other locations is available for a small fee. Please contact us directly to inquire about delivery to your hotel or other locations.

The refundable security deposit is a hold placed on your Visa or Mastercard at pick-up. It covers potential extras such as fuel or unforeseen damages. The deposit will be fully released once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Your rental begins at the exact start time you selected during booking. To ensure you receive your full rental duration, we strongly recommend checking in 30 minutes early. Please note: If you arrive late, your return time will still be based on your original start time. For example, if you book a 3-hour rental starting at 10:00 AM but arrive at 10:30 AM, your vehicle is still due back at 1:00 PM. Failure to return on time may result in late fees.

You can return it early, but no refund will be issued for the unused time. Late returns are subject to additional charges. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

For Tours: Fuel is included. For Rentals: The vehicle is provided with a full tank. If it is returned without a full tank, a refuelling service charge of $20.00, plus the cost of fuel, will apply.

Our vehicles are intended for use on paved and maintained roads only. Operation on beaches, in shallow beach water, on closed roads, or on dirt roads is strictly prohibited.

We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen. It's also a good idea to bring a light jacket or raincoat in case of unexpected weather.

The customer is 100% responsible for any traffic, parking, or toll fines incurred during the Rental Period. An administrative fee of $25 will also be charged to cover the costs of processing the fine.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

Pets are not permitted in the vehicles unless you have received prior written approval from us.

We operate rain or shine! However, if severe weather poses a safety risk, your tour may be adjusted or cancelled for your protection. If we initiate a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
