Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone or email and acknowledged by Da Pink Rentals Bahamas. Refund eligibility is determined by the date the cancellation request is received.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event: No refund
Late arrivals or no-shows: No refund
Early returns: No refund
Cancellations by Da Pink Rentals Bahamas:
In certain circumstances, we may cancel a tour or rental due to weather or other unforeseen conditions. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or apply the amount as credit toward another service.

Da Pink Rentals Bahamas is not responsible for incidental or indirect expenses, including non-refundable flights, visas, or loss of enjoyment.
All purchases made through our website are governed by these Terms of Sale and our Refund Policy. Prices are listed in BSD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and applicable fees may be added at checkout.
Only approved payment methods may be used. By submitting payment information, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method and authorize us or our payment processor to process and store payment details. If payment cannot be verified, your order may be canceled.
All charges will appear on bank or digital statements as “Da Pink & White Palace”
